Through our tailor-made program nothing is impossible. From one-off lifestyle-attachments to diamond inlays, our team will create your dream build.

 From the initial build process to the biannual services, every process has been carefully refined to provide a customer experience unbeknown to the cycling world.

Personal delivery and handover:

Whether a specific build includes our custom display chest or not, each one of our bikes is personally delivered and handed over to our clients, at their address of choice, by a dedicated team member. Every aspect of your unique build will be detailed before handing over your owner’s manual. When you are fully satisfied, we will leave you to enjoy the moment.

We come to you:

When you own a Fusion luxury bike you do not take it in to a bike shop to be serviced. Twice a year your bike will be serviced at your home, or address of choice, by one of our professional mechanics. This ensures that when you are ready to ride, your bike is as well.

Concierge orientated service:

If, for any reason, you have a problem or question with regards to your bike, simply reach out to your designated service specialist via text message or phone call and your problem will be resolved. No fuss or forms, just excellent service.

We don’t frustrate: We replace

Your bike comes with a 5-year warranty, and we don’t want you to miss a day of that dealing with warranty claims. Whilst we are certain you will not have the need to, if you do have a warranty claim during this period simply reach out directly to your designated service specialist. They will arrange for the damaged or faulty part to be replaced and delivered to you to get you back on your bike.
